When will the upgrade start?

The upgrade will start at:

  • Tuesday, 06 November @ Midnight, East Coast US
  • Wednesday, 07 November @ 05:00, UTC
  • Wednesday, 07 November @ 16:00, Eastern Australia

How long will the upgrade take?

The upgrade is expected to take about 30 minutes.

Will the service be available while the upgrade is occurring?

The upgrade affects both the Dolby Axon client and servers and the service will be completely unavailable while the upgrade occurs.

What will I need to do to upgrade my client?

After the server upgrade is complete you will be prompted to upgrade your client software. You can download the new client by visiting the Dolby Axon website at: https://axon.dolby.com/
